Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange and deliver the advice and cover you ask for (performance of a contract and our legitimate interests).
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as an FCA-authorised firm, including record keeping (legal obligation).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t proceed are kept for up to twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as required by FCA rules, normally at least six years after our relationship ends.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability.
